Not so far away from the town of Frodsham lies a former TB Sanatorium on a 33 acre site.
The Sanatorium was known as
Crossley Hospital East..
Crossley East spent its days as not only a Sanatorium but a nursing home and a boarding school.
Sadly it closed its doors in the early 90's and has stood derelict until now.
A building development company called
PJ Livesy are currently redeveloping the hospital buildings and will be offering
a total of 85 dwellings. Apartments & detached properties will be available.
We will be updating this site over the next couple of weeks with photos and a complete history section.
